Cancellation Policy:
While we can’t always control life’s little surprises, we can assure you that our team is here to support you through the cancellation process. Due to the nature of our strict cancellation policy, we highly recommend purchasing separate individual trip insurance.
Please keep in mind that these policies help us create the best possible experience. Because we pre-book appointments and reservations, we cannot offer refunds within 60 days of the retreat. Thank you for your understanding!
We can offer a 50% refund within 15 days of booking and a 25% refund within 30 days of booking, as long as your booking is outside the 60-day retreat timeline.
We cannot offer a full refund within 60 days of your retreat; however, we can apply your payment as a credit toward an upcoming retreat. (Credit expires within 1 year.)
